Jacqueline Campion qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and brings over three decades of experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has worked with a variety of law firms, from trusted High Street practices to a leading Top 500 firm, gaining a wealth of knowledge across multiple areas of law.

In 2010, Jacqueline founded Campion Solicitors with a clear vision: to provide exceptional legal services with a personal touch. What began as a small office has grown into a well-established practice with a dedicated team of six professionals, serving clients locally and nationally.

Jacqueline is passionate about delivering outstanding client care and building lasting relationships within the community. Her commitment to excellence and approachable manner have earned Campion Solicitors a reputation for reliability, integrity, and results.

Clare Gauller began her career in a different sector before transitioning into the legal profession where she worked with a local solicitor for 18 years, specialising in Wills and Probate. In 2020, Clare joined Campion Solicitors, continuing her focus on estate planning and probate matters. She has since undertaken further professional qualifications in her specialist field, reinforcing her expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. In addition, Clare is a qualified UEFA C football coach and currently coaches the Under 14’s all girls team Wirral Phoenix , the Under 7’s and the non-competitive football for girls’ team Wild Cats.

Clare’s work ethos centres on providing clear, compassionate advice and building trust with clients during sensitive times. She is a highly skilled and approachable professional, known for her meticulous attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and dedication to guiding clients through complex legal processes with confidence and care.

Anna Francis began her legal career in 2002 with a local firm of solicitors, starting as an Office Assistant before progressing to Legal Secretary. Motivated by a passion for Law, she returned to education to specialise in Family Law and Practice. In 2015, Anna qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer and in 2026 achieved Higher Qualifications in  Family Litigation Practice Rights. Anna has since focused on Private Law Children cases, Divorce, and Financial Matters.

Her work is dedicated to providing clear, compassionate advice and achieving positive outcomes for clients during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Ann McDonagh began her career in banking before moving into the legal sector in 2003. She joined Campion Solicitors in January 2011 as Legal Cashier and Probate Assistant. As the business grew and relocated to new premises in Heswall in June 2015, Ann became Practice Manager.

In addition to overseeing legal accounts, Ann is involved in quality standards, HR, training and development, and compliance. Working closely with Jacqueline Campion, she strives to ensure exceptional service at all times.

Ann is ILFM Dip qualified and has completed relevant Practice Manager qualifications.

Emma Devra Lane is the Conveyancing and Business Development Lead at Campion Solicitors. She helps clients navigate the legal process of buying and selling property with clarity and confidence. In addition, Emma delivers the marketing and advertising requirement for the firm.

Emma brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Design degree, is a qualified Silversmith, and previously ran her own successful business selling artisan products and designer silverware. Her earlier career in Fashion Retail, PR, and Marketing informed her later career in a senior teaching role in Post-Compulsory Art and Product Design. Emma’s width of experience has given her exceptional organisational skills and a strong focus on attention to detail.

Clients appreciate Emma’s approachable manner and clear communication. In addition, Emma is committed to making the conveyancing process meticulously managed, legally robust, and tailored to ensure absolute confidence at every stage of the transaction.

Emma Hilton began her career working on reception in a busy, local solicitors’ office, where she developed strong skills in client care and administration. She later moved to a high street bank where she dealt with, over many years, high volume banking and customer interaction, gaining valuable experience in the financial sector.

Emma has also worked in a nursey setting achieving childcare qualifications.

Emma’s earlier experience in the legal profession eventually brought her back to a solicitors’ office, where she now combines her diverse experience with a commitment to excellent client service.

After Stefanie Fryatt-Hall completed her Law degree, she spent several years living in Australia, where she finalised her legal studies and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Following her return to the UK shortly afterwards, Stefanie gained extensive experience in Paralegal and Legal Assistant roles working for a variety of local legal firms across the region.

Stefanie’s experience and knowledge enable her to meet the busy demands of the office while providing clients with friendly, professional assistance.
