Our Fixed Fee Service
We take care of everything for you, from preparing the documents to registration with the Office of the Public Guardian, so you can have complete peace of mind that your affairs are in safe hands. We believe in transparent, fair pricing with no hidden extras.
For one person:
- Both types of LPA (Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare): £600 plus VAT (£120)
- One type only: £350 plus VAT (£70)
For couples:
- Both types each: £800 plus VAT (£160)
- One type each: £600 plus VAT (£120)
Court registration fee: £92 per LPA
Clarity and Confidence in Your Legal Costs
We provide a detailed estimate of costs in your initial Client Care Letter, outlining an expected range of legal fees. While disbursements (third-party costs) are additional, we will always give you a clear indication of what these are likely to be. To keep you fully informed, we review and update your costs regularly, either every three months or when fees approach the upper end of the original estimate, whichever comes first.
